I changed things up in my healing plan. After listening to a new video by Dr. Jason Fung’s, I learned some new things that gave me a new perspective.
I implemented a 4 hr window in which to take sustenance and then fast. However, it turned out to actually be a 2 hr window with a 22 hour fast.
And much to my surprise, the new plan is going quite well. I have had a few small periods of neurotic nervousness; other than that I am doing fine. No real grehlin pain. Very sparse. I think this is because I have already been fasting for some time. Just that I was breaking fast early in morning. And now its around noon when I break fast,
However, although it is only 3 days, I can feel changes going on in/on my body. This makes me feel great. I will take a measurement this Saturday the 19Aug23.
Let's see what happens.
