Today is a new day. A small trajectory in play. 

Today, I will  fast for 20 hours and take sustenance within a 4 hour window.

Technically, I have been fasting all night already, so it will be interesting how this first day will go. 

It is 6:28 at the moment , I have been up since before 6 am.

Taking water and coffee n facing grehlin yet to come.
